    The egg comes with one thermometer. Use it. I have been for 7+ years. Don't know what the temp is anywhere else in the egg. Don't care.

    I would have returned it to Costco instead of FS, gotten a refund and purchased a new one. I have a Weston, not a Foodsaver, but I don't normally freeze meat first.
